Bonne nouvelle : Après un déménagement d'une centaine de mètres du aux travaux de la future Chronoligne, le marché a retrouvé sa place initiale ce samedi 27 septembre 2025. Créé en 1962, c'est l'un des plus vieux marchés du Mans.
Tous les samedis de 7h30 à 12h30 environ. Situé sur une place en partie plantée d'arbres, il regroupe une trentaine de commerçants, essentiellement dans l'alimentaire. Du petit producteur avec trois cageots aux gros étals de poissonnier et de maraîcher. Les nombreux commerces alentours, et notamment les cafés, font du Pâtis un marché convivial. Les vieux habitants de cet ancien quartier populaire se mélangent avec une population plus aisée. On vient au Pâtis de Rouillon et même au-delà.
