General description

Opened in spring 2011, the site of nearly one hectare has complemented the development of the Pied-Sec area, in front of the departmental archives at Pontlieue.
A square dominates here surrounded by a moat slight planted grasses. It offers relaxation and games in peace. 16 fountains in the minds of those of Monod park dotted the plaza in the lower part and delight children. Forty Scots pine and oak trees form the green network places by their evergreen foliage. Eighty clumps were chosen from 13 varieties with outstanding features. This vegetation forms the "roof" of the square and participates with 700 shrubs privacy. 2300 grass lining for a majority fluke park, accompanied by 70 bamboo. 7000 perennials creating the carpet of the four major belts planted.
