General description

The church of Notre Dame du Pré, formerly Saint-Julien du Pré, place du Pré is a superb 11th and 12th century Roman church. It was extended in the 19th century by the architect Denis Darcy, a pupil and colleague of the famous Parisian architect Viollet-le-Duc. The church was part of an abbey which was destroyed during the Revolution
